North & Aspen — Independent Travel Consultation & Trip Design

Services

Good trip design starts by getting the direction right.

Knowing where you are going isn't always the same as knowing what the trip should be.

Establish the direction. Then design from it.

Even with a destination in mind, the trip itself is still taking shape. Its character emerges through the choices: what deserves your time, where to give it room and how each part contributes to the whole.

Our work is to bring those choices into a thoughtfully designed trip that reflects your priorities—and gives the experiences you value room to unfold.

Trip Blueprint

$495

Blueprint establishes or validates the direction of the trip.

Sometimes the choice is between places. Sometimes it is between different ways of spending the same five days.

Blueprint considers those differences in the context of your trip. It brings together the meaningful alternatives, our recommendation and the reasoning behind it, so you can understand the possibilities and choose the direction the detailed planning will follow.

Signature Trip Consultation

$995 total

Signature develops the selected direction in detail.

Once the direction is established through Blueprint, the work becomes more particular.

A hotel's appeal matters alongside the location it gives you. An experience may deserve an afternoon rather than a place between two other commitments. Time left open can be as deliberate as time assigned.

Signature develops these relationships into a detailed trip plan. Each recommendation is considered for what it contributes to the experience and how it fits with the choices around it.

Your $495 Blueprint fee applies to Signature. The remaining balance is $500.

You don't need to decide before reaching out.

We'll begin with the trip: what is already known, what remains unresolved and how far you would like the planning to go.

From there, we'll recommend the planning approach that makes sense and explain why.
