Privacy Notice

The Start Planning form asks for your trip idea or destinations under consideration, approximate travel timeframe, number of travelers, current planning stage and the questions you would most like to work through. It also asks for your first and last name and email address. A phone number is optional.

If you contact us by email, we receive your email address, your message and any information you include. Please share only what is needed to begin the conversation.

Please do not send passport or identity-document images, full payment-card numbers, account passwords or detailed medical information through the inquiry form or email.

We use inquiry information to understand the trip, respond to you, consider whether our services fit and prepare for a Planning Conversation. Submitting an inquiry does not engage North & Aspen or commit you to a planning service.

If you choose to engage us, the work may require additional trip and traveler information, communications, agreements and planning records. The information requested should reflect the agreed scope. Payment and other engagement-specific systems will be identified in the privacy information provided before those systems are used.

The website is hosted by Netlify. When inquiry delivery is active, Netlify Forms processes and stores the information submitted through Start Planning. An email notification is sent to Alyse@northandaspen.com, using our Microsoft 365 business email service.

Netlify processes technical information needed to operate and protect its services, including website request information. Its services may use cookies or similar technologies for functions such as access and security. The current N&A website does not include advertising pixels or an embedded third-party marketing analytics service.

Sending us an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

Information is handled by the service providers needed to host the website, process an inquiry and deliver business email. We may also share information with professional advisers where needed, or where disclosure is required by law.

We do not sell personal information. We do not provide your inquiry information to travel suppliers to arrange or book travel. When you choose a supplier, you share the information needed for your reservation directly with that supplier, under its own terms and privacy practices.

Inquiry and engagement records are retained for the purposes of responding to you, providing agreed services and meeting applicable business, tax and legal requirements. Records subject to a legal or other required preservation obligation may need to be kept longer.

A request to delete information may therefore affect different records differently. Deleting a submission from Netlify does not also delete the corresponding email or copies held in other systems.

You may contact Alyse@northandaspen.com with a privacy question or a request to access, correct or delete information you have shared with us. We may need to verify your identity before providing or changing records.

Requests are considered in light of applicable law, necessary records and the capabilities of the systems involved. This notice does not promise immediate removal from every system or backup.

The inquiry and engagement process is intended for adults. Children should not submit information through Start Planning. An initial inquiry needs only the number of travelers; names, ages and other details about minors are not requested at this stage.

North & Aspen provides independent travel consultation, research and trip design. Clients make reservations, contract with suppliers and pay them directly. Supplier websites and any other external websites have their own privacy practices.

No online service or method of transmission can guarantee absolute security. Please keep sensitive documents and account credentials out of an initial inquiry.
