Client Terms and Disclosures

North & Aspen LLC provides independent, fee-based travel consultation, research, analysis, comparison, sequencing, cost-modeling and trip-design guidance.

We do not arrange, book, reserve, secure, request or negotiate supplier services. We do not request supplier quotes or reservations, hold rooms, issue tickets, confirm reservations or pickups, coordinate bookings or send suppliers instructions on a client’s behalf.

Clients select suppliers, make reservations, enter into contracts and pay suppliers directly. North & Aspen does not receive, hold or forward client travel funds or make supplier payments.

An inquiry or Planning Conversation helps us understand the trip and identify an appropriate planning approach. It does not begin a paid engagement.

The scope, deliverables, planning fee and applicable payment terms are set out in an Engagement Summary and Client Engagement Terms for your review. The engagement becomes active when the summary is signed and the initial planning fee is received.

The signed engagement documents and any approved written scope changes govern the work. This website does not replace those documents.

Recommendations reflect the information you provide, publicly available research, published supplier information at the time of research and professional judgment.

A plan may include published prices, advisory cost models, timing, pacing and sequencing recommendations. These are planning information, rather than supplier quotes, reservations or commitments. Prices, availability, schedules and conditions can change.

Recommendations do not guarantee supplier performance, weather, admission at a border, safety or a particular travel outcome.

Before booking, review live details directly with each supplier, including dates, traveler names, prices, availability, inclusions and cancellation, change and refund terms. Your contract is directly with the supplier you choose.

Suppliers are independent businesses. North & Aspen does not own, operate, manage or control them or act as their agent. A link or contact detail in a plan supports a booking step you may independently choose to take; it does not make North & Aspen a party to the transaction.

Your responsibility to verify supplier details does not transfer responsibility for errors in our own work to you. Concerns about our deliverables are addressed under the applicable engagement terms.

North & Aspen’s planning fees compensate us for the professional consultation and trip-design work agreed with you. They are separate from supplier deposits, reservations and travel payments.

Additional consultation work, changes to the planning scope, payment timing and any cancellation or refund treatment are addressed in the engagement documents. A routine scope change does not add booking, supplier representation or operational trip management.

Share accurate information relevant to the agreed work, and raise material changes or requirements as they arise. Our Privacy Notice describes the website inquiry process; additional engagement-specific privacy information is provided before further collection or processing.

North & Aspen’s website materials, methods, templates, brand and report design are proprietary. The permitted use of your final planning deliverables is described in your engagement documents. Please contact us before publishing, commercially distributing or reusing our materials for others.
